So Long, And Thanks For All The Bugs
Something called white-nose syndrome is killing large numbers of bats in the northeastern United States. It's being compared to the disappearance of the bees, since no one understands exactly what is happening. They are calling it "white-nose syndrome" because the dead bats are found with a fungus growing around their noses.
